Hi, my name is Aaron and I’m the therapist working at West Strand Clinic and the person behind the Pain Clinic, located within Total Fitness in Preston.

I offer full assessments and from there we’ll decide on the correct pathway for you.

Pathways include one to one sessions in either the gym or the pool or a ‘Good to Go’ service.

Whether you are suffering from chronic back pain, osteoarthritis, sporting injuries or anything inbetween, the Pain clinic is here for you.
