Throughout his career, Garry has always enjoyed taking part in fitness, endurance and strength events.

Garry has a good understanding of the stresses, aches and pains the body can go through to keep it in good condition.

However, when injury strikes he is aware of just how debilitating that can be. Not only does it affect performance but it can have a profound effect on your mental health. Garry decided to take a career break to study sports massage thus giving him the opportunity to fuse his passion for fitness with helping others with their recovery. He also studied Aromatherapy to complement the treatments.
